Belej

Belej stands on a plateau in southern Cres, surrounded by sheep pastures and dry stone walls. Shepherds’ Trail 350, published by Mali Lošinj Tourist Board, links the village with old pastoral paths and Stivan. The circular route is listed as 11.9 kilometres and moderately difficult.

St George’s parish church stands in the village. Bring water, sturdy footwear and sun protection for the walk; it is not a continuous coastal path.
