Bus connections on Cres

Cres bus station is a few hundred metres from the waterfront, within walking distance of the old town. Arriva Croatia (Autotrans) runs daily buses to Rijeka and Zagreb, mostly via the Merag – Valbiska ferry and the island of Krk. Year-round daily buses also go to Mali Lošinj and Veli Lošinj, more often in summer. The roughly 57 km to Mali Lošinj take about 1 hour 20 minutes. Remote villages such as Lubenice or Beli are barely served, so a car helps there. Timetables and tickets online at Arriva or at the station counter.
