Cres (Town)

Cres lies in a deep harbour bay and is the island’s largest settlement. Fishing, seafaring and shipbuilding shaped its development, while olive groves surround the town.

Explore the Old Town through narrow lanes, tall houses and historic coats of arms. The main square contains the loggia, where local produce is also sold. The harbour and waterfront complete a walk through town; the marina lies to the southeast.
