Osor

Osor preserves important evidence of the history of Cres and Lošinj. The former town hall and loggia house the Archaeological Collection of the Lošinj Museum, first opened to the public in 1889.

The collection explores daily life and craftsmanship from prehistory through antiquity to the Middle Ages. The main square also contains the Bishop’s Palace and cathedral. Check current visiting arrangements and the Osor Musical Evenings programme separately.
