Stari grad Zrinski (Old Castle)

The older of Kraljevica’s two castles sits right by the harbour and consists of a lower and an upper castle. The lower part was probably a small fortress with a chapel of St Nicholas predating the Frankopans, while the upper part was later reworked in baroque style. Together with Nova Kraljevica it defines the town’s skyline.
