Hidden in the countryside near Gostinj, Dolova was first mentioned in 1780. At its peak, more than 50 people lived here, but over the years the population gradually declined until the village was completely abandoned.
Today, nature has reclaimed the old stone houses, walls and pathways, creating a peaceful place full of history and mystery.
