Easy – Saint Marek Cycling Route 462
This easy cycling route starts in the charming town of Vrbnik with a gentle climb that rewards you with beautiful views over the Vrbnik field and the Vinodol channel.
The trail then continues on a mix of quiet roads and small paths towards the village of Risika and further along the coast to one of the island’s rare sandy beaches – Sveti Marek.
Here you can take a break, enjoy a swim and explore the remains of the nearby Church of St Mark, which gave the beach its name.
After relaxing by the sea, the route leads uphill again before returning to Vrbnik.
