Sveti Marin Islet and Chapel

About 205 m off the coast lies the islet of San Marino with the small church of St Marinus. It was built in the 17th or 18th century on older foundations and renovated in 1818. A 4th-century marble slab honouring Empress Helena was found in its foundations and is now in the Archaeological Museum in Zagreb. It is easy to see from Rivica beach.
