Vela Draga canyon

This karst canyon on the north-western slopes of Učka has been a geomorphological natural monument since 1998. Limestone towers rise from the slopes, and a 2 km educational trail runs along the rim to a viewpoint and down into the canyon. It is also one of Croatia’s most popular climbing areas.
