Cooking workshops: Mala škola ribe and Mala škola mesa

The Kuharmonija Center for Culinary Arts and Personal Development is organizing two workshops.

The first workshop is called Mala škola ribe (Little Fish School), and the second is Mala škola mesa (Little Meat School).

Mala škola mesa is a four-week hands-on course covering the basics of properly selecting, processing and preparing different types of meat.
