Platak and Grobnik

The Čavle/Grobnik area combines Grobnik Field, a historic castle town and mountain landscapes. The Frankopan castle and the motor-racing circuit offer different excursion possibilities.

Platak is a sports and recreation area with walking, cycling and winter activities when conditions permit. Its operator publishes piste and facility information. Always check snow conditions, lift operation and events; the traditional Tatar-battle story should not be presented as established history.
