Krasno Forestry Museum

The forestry museum in Krasno opened in 2005 to mark 240 years of the Krasno forestry office and is described as the first forestry museum in Croatia.

Around 300 exhibits tell the story of forestry on Velebit: old tools for logging, forest care and nurseries, historic transport vehicles, forestry maps, photos, documents and hunting trophies from the area. Visits are arranged by enquiry form or phone.
